REFUND Policy
Conditions
Program offerings are subject to enrolment. Edmonton Alpine Ski Racing Society (EASRS) reserves the right to combine programs as required. Program days should be considered guidelines as skiing is an outdoor sport, and weather may impede the Club’s ability to meet allotted program days. Training sessions, camps, and races cancelled due to cold weather are non-refundable.

Alberta Alpine

ESC Alpine
Refunds cannot be provided after any participation in club programming, including, but not limited to dryland, fundraisers, training, and skiing.
The final date to receive a refund is December 1st, if no participation has taken place.
Races
Fees associated with race events are non-refundable.
Members shall indicate their athlete’s race event attendance by the specified deadline. Any changes to an athlete’s attendance at a race event must be communicated directly to the Program Director before the specified deadline.
Mountain Camps
Members shall confirm their racer's attendance at mountain camps per direction of ESC Alpine and are responsible to pay the associated fees.
Changes to attendance for a mountain camp event can be made no later than 4 days before the event start date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 4-day attendance confirmation deadline.
Refunds for all other situations are at the sole discretion of the EASRS Board of Directors. The EASRS Board of Directors reserves the right to modify this policy for extraordinary situations.
